Must be a replacement for the "Wellington, a nuclear free city" sign. Hard to know which is the more embarrassing.
I liked the Hamilton one : "Not quite as bad as you expected" or something similar
Dunedin had the slogan "It's all right here". Must be the saddest city slogan ever.
